Shane Tucker

Co-Founder, CEO, and Mentor

Shane Tucker (aka: Coach 'Tuck') was a Division 1 baseball player for five years at Florida International University and Long Island University. During that time, he earned an undergraduate degree in Health Sciences and a master's degree in Global Communication. In his final year of college baseball, he posted a 1.9 ERA and helped FIU achieve a new high in wins. His approach towards mentoring is centered around personalized, routine-oriented strategies. He seeks to improve the mental skillsets of athletes around the world. "My goal is to maximize the potential of anyone who chooses to work with me. I want to not only improve you as an athlete, but improve your mindset as a human." - Shane Tucker​

Will Mossa

Co-Founder, Social Manager, and Mentor

Will Mossa played 4 seasons at Edgewood College (D3) in Madison Wisconsin, where he holds the career record in appearances for a pitcher (51) while earning his bachelors degree in marketing and an MBA while making a significant impact in a rebuilding program. With now 5 years of coaching under his belt, Will looks to continue giving back to the game that did so much for him.

 

While dealing with struggles for most of his high school and college career, Will’s coaching style is centered around helping athletes love their sport and focus on building skills that will not just help them in baseball, but also in life. “We’ll focus on building a connection to maximize your potential both physically, and mentally to make you the best version of yourself.”

Jacob Pipercic

Content Creator, Coach, and Mentor

A former collegiate outfielder, Jacob Pipercic was a two-time First-Team All-Conference standout at Division III Saint Elizabeth University, before transferring to Division I Long Island University where he was a major part of their Northeast Conference title run in 2024 and set the  all-time single season record for stolen bases in 2025 (31). He has documented and shared his journey through his personal brand Just Keep Swingin’, on Instagram.   He earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration with Minors in Sport Marketing/Management and Accounting and his Master’s of Business Administration.    “This game produces waves; we can teach you to surf so that you don’t drown.”

Taylor Doten

Content Creator, and Soon-To-Be Mentor

Taylor Doten was a Division 1 Gymnast for four years at Long Island University. During that time, she earned an undergraduate degree in Biology, and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She also is beginning Medical School in 2027. She has a passion for helping communities; she spent time with an organization (Feed The Boro) that helped feed impoverished families all across Georgia.
