What's Next: Our Story

In 2025, one of our co-founders, Shane Tucker, had just finished his five-year Division 1 baseball journey. Upon his reflection, he remembered how much fun he had, but how difficult it all was. Enjoying athletics has become less natural, and more forced. He struggled with anxiety, performance issues, and an overall anger at athletics. Within his own struggles, he noticed that athletics is heading to a result-oriented mindset, and he couldn't change the game, he could only change the mental approach. He had one choice; seek help. There was one problem, he didn't know where to start. You are not alone. He learned that the best way to help himself was to start tracking his process, refining it, and create a routine he trusted.


What's Next was created to help athletes just like him. Will Mossa and Shane Tucker had a vision of a community of athletes, CEOs, and people alike, who all want to maximize themselves. We can't change the circumstances of what we are in, but we can change the process. We want to take you from: "I am going to do it" to: "I did it, What's Next"
