Refund Policy

At What’s Next Athletics LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality training and personalized programming for every athlete. Because our services involve reserved time, individualized preparation, and limited availability, we maintain the following refund policy:

 

1. Memberships

 

All memberships are billed monthly and are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.Clients may cancel future renewals by providing at least 7 days’ notice before the renewal date.

 

Membership sessions and benefits (in-person training, remote programming, and add-on access) are valid only during the active billing cycle.

 

2. Lesson Packs & Add-On Sessions

 

Payments for lesson packs (4-pack or 8-pack) are non-refundable once purchased.

 

Lesson packs must be used within 90 days of purchase; unused credits will expire.

 

Add-on sessions are non-refundable and must be used within the active membership cycle.

 

3. Single SessionsSingle private lessons are non-refundable once scheduled.

 

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

 

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be forfeited.

 

4. Cancellations by What’s Next Athletics LLC

 

In the rare event we must cancel a session (e.g., weather, facility issue, coach emergency), clients will be offered:

 

A rescheduled session at no additional cost,

 

OR

 

A credit toward future services.

5. Special Circumstances

 

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of serious injury, illness, or family emergency that prevents continued participation. Documentation may be required.
